The cleaning routine for camping equipment needs to be as thourough as inside your home, otherwise, you may find you are camping inside a mould CAVE. What do I mean? Camping equipment like everything that is outdoors will come into contact with dirt and dust that harbours mould and mould spores. These will start to grow on your tents, tarpaulins, pots and pans etc if left unchecked. Typically, equipment is stored away for months giving time for the mould to incubate and take hold.
