Your interiors will not be attractive to mozzies when you have SAN-AIR

World Health Organisation (WHO) advises that mosquitoes cause millions of deaths every year

The following is summary information about mosquitos from the WHO website, starting from this link.

“Mosquitoes are one of the deadliest animals in the world. Their ability to carry and spread disease to humans causes millions of deaths every year. In 2015 malaria alone caused 438 000 deaths. The worldwide incidence of dengue has risen 30-fold in the past 30 years, and more countries are reporting their first outbreaks of the disease. Zika, dengue, chikungunya, and yellow fever are all transmitted to humans by the Aedes aegypti mosquito. More than half of the world’s population live in areas where this mosquito species is present. Sustained mosquito control efforts are important to prevent outbreaks from these diseases. There are several different types of mosquitoes and some have the ability to carry many different diseases.”

Diseases they transmit

Mosquitos can transmit infectious diseases between humans or from animals to humans. Mosquitoes transmitted viruses include:

    • Chikungunya
    • Dengue fever
    • Lymphatic filariasis
    • Rift Valley fever
    • Yellow fever
    • Zika
    • Malaria
    • Lymphatic filariasis
    • Japanese encephalitis
    • Lymphatic filariasis
    • West Nile fever

The 2015–2016 outbreak of Zika virus disease in the Region of the Americas demonstrated how a relatively obscure and mild mosquito-borne disease can become a global health emergency, causing congenital Zika syndrome, including microcephaly, and neurological complications such as Guillain-Barré syndrome.

What attracts mosquitos?

  • Mosquitoes can smell their dinner a distance of up to 50 meters,
  • Any type of carbon dioxide is attractive:
    • when you pant from exertion, the smell of carbon dioxide from your heavy breathing draws them closer,
    • so does the lactic acid from your sweat glands,
  • some mosquitoes eat nectar, so the more flowers you have, the more attractive your yard will be,
  • plants that allow water to gather in troughs and pockets are attractive to mosquitoes for breeding,
  • anything that holds standing water like a birdbath, garden bogs, or discarded rubbish that holds water will draw in mosquitoes.

How does SAN-AIR help to stop mosquitos attacking you?

Firstly, SAN-AIR MozzyNo is not a repellent.  It does not contain any toxic chemicals.

SAN-AIR MozzyNo neutralises mould and stops it from reproducing.

SAN-AIR MozzyNo also takes out of the air things that attract mosquitos, so mosquitos leave of their own free will to go find what they like.

The key is that when SAN-AIR MozzyNo stops mould in your indoors it also removes other things reducing the attractiveness of your interior to mosquitos.

This is the SANAIR effect!!

How do you use SAN-AIR to achieve this radical impact for your indoors?

  1. Find an open window or door where the airflow is coming into your home.
  2. Place an open jar of SAN-AIR MozzyNo next to this air-flow so that the evaporating gel is taken around the home on the incoming air.

It is as simple as that!!

When the wind changes direction, keep moving the SAN-AIR MozzyNo jar to windows or doors where the air is coming into your home.

From these photographs, you can see the correct placement.

Hope you enjoy a mozzy free summer.
